Scott and Leigh Ann Matthews and
the "Blowin' Smoke" cooking crew (Tim Matthews and
Mike Hayes) can cook up old west adventures from a
fully equipped 1907 Peter Schuttler chuck wagon. They
have participated in Chuck Wagon Cook-Offs in
Colorado, Kansas, Texas and Oklahoma bringing home
several awards for Dutch Oven/Open Fire cooking.
They competed against many of the American
Chuckwagon Association's top wagons and performed
their brand of western music at the 2008 and 2009
National Cowboy Symposium and Championship
Cook-offs in Lubbock, TX. The 4M Chuckwagon has also
been featured at the Dewey, OK Western Heritage
Week-End (2008 & 2009) and the 2009 Muskogee
Heritage Day as well as many private events throughout
the area (reunions, bus tours, conventions, etc.)

Scott and Leigh Ann are also seasoned musicians and
have performed for hundreds of events throughout the
area with TV appearances on Tulsa’s “Six in the
Morning” News Show. Leigh Ann performed solo for the
2006 and 2007 Great American Cattle Drives in Kansas
and has appeared on RFD-TV’s “Best of America by
Horseback,” and Rick Lamb’s “The Horse Show.”
The duo performed at the 2008 Crossroads Ranch
celebration of the “1910 Historic Ride of the Abernathy
Boys” near Frederick, OK and events including the 2008
& 2009 National Cowboy Symposiums in Lubbock, TX;
2010 Western Days in Benton, KS hosted by Michael
Martin Murphy and were an opening act for
Red Steagall in May, 2010.
